Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the sale of travel services offered by Maxeltour S.r.l., with registered office at VIALE MARX 153 – 00137 Rome, Italy, VAT No. IT-18093591008, through the website www.maxeltour.com and the integrated booking platform Rezdy.

2. Subject of the Contract

The contract concerns the sale of guided and self-guided tours, as well as other services related to tour operator activities. Each service is described in detail on its dedicated information page on the website.

3. Booking Procedure

Bookings can be made online through the integrated platform on our website.
The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Once confirmed, the customer will receive an email with all the booking details.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is required at the time of booking and can be made using the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, digital payment systems).

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Unless otherwise specified on the individual service page, the following standard policy applies:

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service.
  • No refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or in case of no-show.

Requests to modify a booking must be sent by email to info@goodmorningitalytours.com and are subject to availability.

6. Cancellations by the Tour Operator

Maxeltour S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel the booked service due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants (if required).
In these cases, the customer will be offered the option to:

  • reschedule the service, or
  • receive a full refund of the amount paid.
 7. Liability

Maxeltour S.r.l. undertakes to provide the described services with the highest level of professionalism. The company cannot be held liable for delays, unforeseen events, accidents, or damages caused by third parties or by circumstances beyond its control.

8. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days from the date of the service by sending an email to: info@maxeltour.com

9. Bookings via Third Parties

Platforms (OTAs)
Bookings made through third-party platforms, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), are subject to the terms and conditions published on those platforms. In the event of discrepancies, the terms accepted at the time of booking on the respective platform shall prevail.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or performance of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection laws.
